These Terms govern use of www.serphike.com and any service engagement with SerpHike Digital Marketing Agency. By submitting a form or signing a proposal, you agree to the terms below.

Engagements

Service scope, pricing and duration are confirmed in a signed proposal before work begins. Minimum terms apply to SEO and content engagements (3 months) as stated on the relevant service page.

Results and reporting

Figures cited on this site reflect real client engagements and are not guarantees of future results. No specific search ranking or revenue outcome is promised for any new engagement.

Intellectual property

Deliverables (code, creative, copy) transfer to the client on final payment unless the signed proposal states otherwise. SerpHike retains rights to its own methodology and internal tools.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
