What changes in the UK
The UK's Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 allows some low-risk analytics cookies without consent once the relevant changes take effect, and raises maximum fines for cookie and direct marketing breaches (Macfarlanes on the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025). We will update this policy when those changes come into force.
