Followers are not customers

A big following is pleasant and often irrelevant. The social accounts that grow businesses give people a reason to trust the brand, show the product or service honestly, and make the next step easy. We plan organic and paid social together, with every piece of content tied to a business goal.

Choosing platforms

We pick platforms by where your buyers spend time and what they do there: LinkedIn for B2B decision-makers, Instagram and TikTok for consumer discovery, YouTube for long-form learning and search, Facebook for local communities and older audiences. Most businesses need two platforms done well rather than five done badly. See how to choose a platform.

The rules have tightened

Paid and gifted content must be labelled clearly. Fake reviews and bought engagement are now unlawful in the UK under the DMCC Act (Cooley on the DMCC Act, April 2025), and the FTC's 2024 rule bans fake reviews and the sale or purchase of fake followers and views (US FTC, Aug 2024). In Australia, platforms must stop under-16s holding accounts from 10 December 2025 (eSafety Commissioner), which affects brands targeting younger audiences. The UAE has required an Advertiser Permit for influencers since 1 February 2026 (Middle East Briefing).

What we deliver

  • Short video, carousels and posts produced from your team, customers and product
  • Community management and escalation rules
  • Paid social campaigns with creative refreshed every few weeks

Public evidence

Honest, human content outperforms polish. BrightLocal found 46% of consumers suspect reviews are fake if they read as AI-written (BrightLocal Local Consumer Review Survey 2025). People trust people.

How we measure it

Enquiries, sales and sign-ups from social, cost per acquisition on paid social, and engagement from the audiences you actually want. See organic versus paid social.

FAQ

Which platforms does this cover?
Instagram and Facebook by default, with LinkedIn added for B2B/SaaS accounts and YouTube for video-first brands.
Is paid social included?
Organic content strategy is core to this service; paid social spend is scoped under Performance Marketing and coordinated with it.
How is success measured?
Against engagement-to-conversion rate and follower quality, not raw follower count.
How often is content posted?
Cadence is set per platform and account, commonly 3-5 posts a week plus daily Stories for consumer accounts.
Does this include influencer or creator partnerships?
Yes, where the category supports it, sourced and briefed alongside the organic content calendar.
How often should we post?
Consistency matters more than frequency. Three to five good posts a week on your main platform is enough for most businesses.
Do we need to be on TikTok?
Only if your buyers are. For many B2B firms, LinkedIn and YouTube are a better use of time.
